RECEP-ENELC is the European Network of local and regional authorities for the implementation of the European Landscape Convention. The Network was established in 2006 in Strasbourg (France) while its permanent headquarters are in Florence (Italy).

RECEP-ENELC provides scientific, technical and political support to its members in the development of their tasks implementing the principles of the Convention

In December 2009 the Technical Co-ordination Board was established in Sevilla in the same headquarters as the Centre for Landscape and Territorial Studies in order to provide the necessary technical, scientific and administrative assistance to enable the Members and organs of RECEP-ENELC to perform their statutory functions.
